Tenants

It is often assumed that properties let to students are of a lower standard than those let to professionals.  At Diamond Properties this is not the case: we don't categorise our properties as suited to students or to professionals, and everyone has access to the best of the properties in our portfolio.  All the properties that we supply are of a very high standard and boast excellent contemporary designs and interior quality.   

Diamond Properties ensures that landlords keep an interest in the properties that they let, which means that occasionally we will visit the rented accommodation, accompanied by the owner, to check on any maintenance concerns or other issues.  We offer a free advice service to all tenants (both clients and non-clients): we will guide you through your options, and we will provide assistance on any worries that you may have, such as your contract, early termination of a contract, rental arrears, and safety issues within your property.
