Diamond Properties will always provide you with a free, honest and realistic rental evaluation.  Your Diamond Properties evaluation will list any areas within the property that require attention, and will provide general recommendations to ensure that your property continues to provide value for money.  We deal with tenants on a daily basis and because of this we are aware of what makes a 'good' property.  In addition, we have a thorough understanding of our landlords' needs and set a high standard, dealing only with quality properties.  In today's competitive market we want to make sure that your property remains in a good and rentable condition, appeals to prospective tenants and is value for money.  We appreciate that landlords require a good return on their investment which is why we carry out regular inspections to make sure that the property is well-maintained.

Before we take on any new properties we require copies of gas safety certificates, electricity certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and HMO licences (if applicable).  We are unable to accept a property into our portfolio if any of these documents is unavailable.

We have direct access into student markets - predominantly in the Hyde Park and Headingley areas - which means that we are able to ensure that your property will be let as quickly as possible.
