We will offer advice on how best to present your property to maximise rental income and minimise those unwanted void periods.

We have services packages to suit every landlord, from ‘Let Only’ our tenant introductory service for those landlords who prefer the hands-on approach – right through to full property management, designed to really let you put your feet up.

Property Maintenance

Whilst day to day running and general property maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant, to ensure the property is being looked after, occasionally there can be problems which need to be fixed professionally. At Diamond Properties, we will ensure that if there is a property maintenance problem that needs looking at on a property rented on our behalf, we will see to it that the maintenance needed in order to fix the matter with ease and as fast as possible.

If you encounter a problem, you need to call us to establish who we contact to fix the problem. Firstly if you can establish what the problem is (for example the boiler has stopped working) and give a description of when it happened and how long ago, then this will enable us to contact the correct person to call out to check your property.
